Duties & Responsibilities: The primary function is of this position is to provide support to Sr. Accountant.
• Daily entry of vendor invoices.
• Provide open weekly AP report to President.
• Collections – make calls to clients whose accts are 90 days past due.
• Provide report on responses bi-weekly to President and Sr. Accountant.
• Billing – monthly/weekly billing of resource time in QuickBooks and client portal.
• Report receipts to Executive Management
• Filing – maintain electronic and manual filing system
• Purchase Orders – process client and internal orders for equipment
• Cash Receipts – deposits clients checks as needed. Record check and EFT payments from clients into Accounting system
• Maintenance of executed Client and Consultant SOW
• American Express reconciliation – done monthly
• Bank reconciliation – done monthly
Minimum Qualifications:
